  • Small addition with the exterior matching early 20th century lower-east side stonework facade, expanding dining area and creating room for a family-sized table.

  • Bank of windows in dining area replicating the look others throughout historic home 

  • Relocated stairs to backdoor entrance (left of range).

  • Historical coffered ceiling added.

  • Extra thick, three-inch stone countertop on center island.

  • Recessed niche shelf built into range tile backsplash.

  • Walnut cabinetry.

  • Exposed original brick chimney incorporated as decorative wall detail.

  • New french patio doors.

  • Built-in desk for home office workspace.

  • Insets for statuary and artwork.

  • Added staircase to basement separating main kitchen from updated galley, butler’s pantry.

  • Butler’s pantry includes beverage center, sink, dishwasher, hanging wine glass storage and matching cabinetry.
